NEW RESTAURANT MANAGER for the restaurant and team of waitors and chefs to continue to build the best food experience for guests at Hattvika Lodge

HATTVIKA LODGE is located in the LOFOTEN islands. After opening our new restaurant, FANGST November 2021, we are looking for two central positions.

RESTAURANT MANAGER for the restaurant and team of waitors

HOTEL MANAGER to continue to provide the best guest experience in the Lofoten islands and to manage the team of receptionists and housekeepers

Waitors & Chefs we require experience and professionalism to perform service in a fine dining restaurant. Knowledge from bar/ wine is a pre as is English speaking language. We are looking for storytellers and OUTDOOR ROOTED team members to join our team at restaurant FANGST in Hattvika for both seasonal and permanent employment.

HATTVIKA LODGE is the pioneering and leading basecamp for active guests in the LOFOTEN region. To take our TEAM to the next level we are looking for experienced and “hungry” candidates to join our dynamic team. We are searching for two professional managers, waitors and chefs with passion for excellent guest experience and experience in high quality hotels and restaurants.

We require:

• Excellent communication skills in the English language (Nordic language, in addition, is a pre)
• Previous experience in fine dining restaurants or high end hotels
• Budget and kitchen staff management
• HACCP/ Norwegian Food Safety Authority requirements
• Out-of-the-box thinking mindset

For waiters & chefs we require experience and professionalism to perform service in a fine dining restaurant. Knowledge from bar/ wine is a pre as is English speaking language. We are looking for storytellers and OUTDOOR ROOTED team members to join our team at restaurant FANGST in Hattvika for both seasonal and permanent employment.

Our new HOTEL MANAGER is dynamic and organised at the same time. You have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in hotel management. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to make sure our guests have a memorable experience, and you will report to the owner of Hattvika Lodge.

We require:

• Excellent communication skills in the English language (Nordic language, in addition, is a pre)
• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
• Experience from managing budget and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Out-of-the-box thinking mindset

For both positions, we think you should know what it takes to enter the management position in HATTVIKA LODGE and FANGST, and to provide excellent customer service to all guests. We would love to see you here up north as soon as possible in 2025 and before the summer season.

We need waitors and chefs to join prior to the winter season. You can come from different cusine and type of restaurants, but attitude to be a great team player is the biggest motivation needed as well to provide excellent guest experience.
