At Hattvika Lodge, we believe travel should be more than a destination – it should be a transformative experience. Nestled in the heart of Lofoten’s rugged coastal beauty, Hattvika is your gateway to empowerment, rest, and authentic connection.

In the center of our location, you’ll find our SAUNA at the wooden docks. From here you can have your private finish sauna session and overlook the tradisional fisherman village environment. Here in Norway, we think the sauna is of enormous physical benefit, but that benefit depend entirely upon your ability to relax while taking the heat.

The arctic ocean is pure and clean and will always be cold – year round. From the docks, you can jump in or use the short walk to our activity platform closer to the shallow waters in the bay of Hattvika.

The SAUNA feeling in Hattvika can be sanctual and blessing for mind and soul. The big window is screening the native Lofoten feeling and you can enjoy refreshment and soultaking moments of pure happiness.

The arctic is stunning year round, but the weather conditions can be harsh. What is better than entering Lofotens most stunning sauna after your adventure while staying at Hattvika Lodge. Please note there is an outdoor shower in the sauna as well. Fresh towels are present.

Our sauna is only available for private booking. We assign 2 hours sessions and provide towels at the starting time.

Book sauna when you have a confirmed booking with Hattvika Lodge. Guests booking SEASIDE suite have private access to one Hot Tub, Guests booking The Villa have exclusive access to barrel sauna and outdoor Hot Tub. Bendiksenbua have private jacuzzi at the patio – perfect for the avdveturous guest
